Major Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with customer requirements for Cognos Data Modules, Reports and Dashboards.
- Ensure that all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) or Security Requirements Guides.
- Assist with IBM Cognos Security and Administration functions.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience using Cognos Analytics software or a similar program.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired.
- Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements).
- Cognos Analytics Security and Administration certification a plus.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM Cognos.
- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and data relationships.
- Must have experience with applying STIGs.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 / 2022 and Oracle 19 databases.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory, server cert management, and IIS is a plus.
- Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts.
- Experience in a DoD or law enforcement environment desired.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
