Job Purpose : As a Licensed Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the therapy sessions in an adult outpatient setting.

Job Functions

• Facilitating group and individual therapy.
• Providing counseling and supporting to caseload of assigned clients.
• Meeting productivity requirements.
• Developing individual treatment plans.
• Performing assessments and assuming responsibility for recording maintenance, such as progress notes.
• Learning various agency and department computer programs.
• Providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention.
• Enhancing job performance through required agency training and education.
• Utilizing required technology to efficiently complete documents, scheduling, reviewing and signing clinical documentation and assessing and carrying out Baker Act / 52 as necessary.
• Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications : Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

• Level II Background clearance
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
• Master's degree in counseling or social work
• Active Florida License as a LMHC or LCSW
