Program Manager

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Program Manager. This is a 6 month + contract and hybrid remote position located in San Bruno, CA.

Summary :

The scope of work supporting Community will be in partnership with UX establishing two programs and their associated operating models :

Collaboration with Product in UX

Establish scope, engagement model, stakeholders and outcomes in an effort to bootstrap this new cross-program investment.

Connections

Feature work in Shorts, establish scope, engagement model, stakeholders ensuring UX remains aligned across teams & delivery path is clear.

Managing the budget leveraging internal, proprietary tools while also supporting key workstreams spanning XR and playables scope.

This role will be working closely to both leverage existing processes and reporting expectations while also identifying challenges specific to the scope described above.

Responsibilities :

Lead programs in a large-scale, fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Connect with and use the frameworks and tools defined by the UX PgM team.

Facilitate collaboration & communication between UX teams.

Continuously improve team processes, tools, documentation, and file / asset management to maximize UX team efficiency and ability to scale.

Manage UX Audits, Office Hours and Project Stand Ups.

Manage incoming bugs and assign / reassign when appropriate.

Non-Essential Skills / Qualifications :

Specialized knowledge of UX management and UX process.

Strong background in process development, optimization and change management.

Ability to establish effective relationships, influence, drive consensus and collaborate across all organizational levels.

Proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple types of audiences, including director-level.

Pay rate range : $49.87 - $56.18 hourly
