Are you a passionate veterinarian ready to make an impact? Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs is seeking a Medical Director to inspire and guide our exceptional team!
Who We Are : Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs, AAHA -accredited since 2011, is committed to providing exceptional medical care through a range of advanced services.
Our facility includes an in-house lab, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and a CO2 laser for surgeries. We handle routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries, some orthopedic procedures, and use cold laser therapy for most post-op patients.
Supported by a dedicated team of five doctors and an impressive 3 : 1 technician-to-doctor ratio, we prioritize collaboration and excellence in every aspect of our care. Learn more at
Your Role : As Medical Director, you’ll lead with vision, mentoring our veterinarians to provide safe, ethical, and top-quality care.
You'll collaborate with the Practice Manager to set strategic goals and ensure clinical excellence while driving the growth and success of our practice.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
- 5+ years DVM experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience (preferred but not required)
- Passion for mentorship and medical excellence
- Colorado Veterinary License (active and in good standing)
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
