POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is eligible for our company benefits package, including :

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Benefits : Employee only benefits (health, dental, vision) at no cost to the employee. Plus, add on a spouse or child at a competitive price.

Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out over 180 days + $500 tool allowance paid out at 60 days.

Quarterly Bonus : Opportunity to earn an additional $1,050 per quarter if technician averages 40 hours worked and 38 of those hours are billed per week (up to $4,200 / year).

COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

One of the largest single-family home property management companies is in need of a full-time Maintenance Technician, to do work on the properties we manage.

We are looking for someone that is entrepreneurial-minded and can run their own schedule. Seeking an ideal candidate proficient in adept time management, budget oversight, and possessing a keen sense of urgency, all while upholding a polished and professional demeanor in tenant interactions.

Hours Expected : 40 hours per week.

Work Environment : This position is fully in the field. You will be responsible for creating your schedule from the work orders we give you.

We will provide you with a vehicle, you'll just need to have your own tools.

Required Skills : Must be jack of all trades (light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry etc). You will be interacting with the residents living in the homes, so you must have excellent communication skills.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit that can run their day-to-day activities without us having to micromanage them.
