UCHealth is looking for a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for coverage in the North Region.
- Looking for a candidate to fill gaps where needed.
- Exact dates of coverage TBD, start as soon as credentialed.
- 9-10 hour days with call schedule (phone only) on weekends.
- EMR & Rehab facility : Epic
- Providers must be Board Certified.
- 100% adult
- 60% Inpatient, 40% Outpatient
- Looking for providers with recent inpatient rehab experience.
- 25% Sports / Ortho, 25% CNS Rehab, 25% Medical Rehab, 15% Pain Management, 10% IM
- 14 patients per physician per day (varies).
- 100% scheduled clinic patients per physician per day.
- No Walk-Ins / Add-Ons
- 7 PM&R physicians in the group, No Mid-levels.
- Total number of exam rooms - 2
- Total number of treatment rooms - 1
- Trauma Level 1
- Locum tenens physicians are not required to supervise other healthcare providers.
- Other PM&Rs will be present during locums coverage.
- Ratio of 1 Medical Assistant per provider.
- Office Equipment : Natus Ultra Pro EMG; Ultrasound; and handheld EMG.
- Lab & X-ray onsite.

- Credentialing takes 90 days.
Required Scope of Practice : Outpatient setting, Inpatient setting - Acute (hospital), pain management (excluding injections) - Acute & Chronic, EMG and Nerve conduction studies.
Preferred Scope of Practice : Injections, joint, trigger points, and blocks. Required Procedures : Traction / immobilization devices
Rates to submit :UCHealth has BR0 night cap for ALL locations.
MUST send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks prior to start
Perm placement cap BRK
Must have clean background
COVID Vaccination - Required (do allow for medical exemptions)
