Join Our Team as an Aerospace Manufacturing Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm.

Are you ready to take your career to new heights in the aerospace industry? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team to success!

Job Duties

• Ensure production of quality parts at the lowest possible cost while adhering to production standards.
• Re-enforce adherence to standards (QCPs, policies and procedures, etc.) through coaching and routine follow up.
• Ensure compliance with Company IPM / QPM and ISO quality requirements.
• Follow MOS Principles supplied by management.
• Follow, enforce and support 5S principles.
• Score favorably in compliance audits of MOS Overall Utilization Assessment.
• Assign and execute daily and weekly production schedule.
• Communicate / document with employees on performance; assist employees in achieving performance expectations.
• Perform midyear & annual employee performance reviews.
• Complete Corrective Actions to improve area.
• Resolve performance / disciplinary issues with employees in coordination with the Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 2-4 months of employment or have the credentials i.e. A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant) to supervise any maintenance activity
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four (4) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and / or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Practical knowledge of aircraft components, machining, welding, inspection, and related disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills; including Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Must be fluent in English, i.e. speaking, reading, writing
• Six Sigma Greenbelt / Blackbelt preferred
