As a Customer Service Specialist for Travel you will playa crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless andenjoyable travelexperience.
Responsibilities :
- Assistcustomers with booking travel arrangements including flightsaccommodations and transportation
- Providepersonalized recommendations and advice to customers based on theirtravel preferences
- Handle customer inquiriescomplaints and issues in a professional and timelymanner
- Coordinate with other departments toresolve customer problems and ensure customersatisfaction
- Stay uptodate on travel trendsdestinations and regulations to better assistcustomers
Qualifications :
- Previousexperience in customer service preferably in the travelindustry
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detailand organizational skills
- Ability to work wellunder pressure and in a fastpacedenvironment
- Knowledge of travel booking systemsand software is a plus
