Job description :
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and defining requirements for Salesforce Sales and Marketing implementations.
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, Sales and Marketing processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and IT to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities
Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Develop data models, mockups, and prototypes to validate requirements and design.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
