NEW Rate effective 10 / 24 / 24 - $85 / hr ASAP START 5 South is a 22-bed medical telemetry unit that specializes in the care of patients 18 years and older with a variety of acute medical diagnoses, including care of the peritoneal dialysis patient.
SHIFT-Days / Nights- 3x12 hr shifts- w / Weekends (EOW) and holidays as needed *Will care for covid patients *Could float to all MS floors *2 years experience required *Epic experience required BLS required RN Checklist

- As of 1 / 5 / 2022 all travelers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Any traveler declining the COVID-19 vaccine, must be approved for a medical / religious exemption by their agency The PCU / Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
- The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care;
- maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available;
provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Two to 5 years experience is required.
