As the Manager, Sales Learning & Development , you will be responsible for casting the vision, building the strategy and the execution of said strategy to develop and grow sales professionals and sales leaders.
Your impact
- Conduct live training and reinforcement educational sessions, in partnership with Sales segment leaders.
- Achieve AppFolio product & sales process mastery, and leverage that knowledge to train others on new Go-To-Market and product initiatives.
- Own the everboarding process which builds on foundational sales and management skills to create a cohesive professional development roadmap.
- Leverage industry and AppFolio best practices to create a cohesive and innovative AppFolio centric Sales process that’s continually evolving.
- Establish credibility & trust across all levels of the organization by displaying preparedness, collaboration, subject matter expertise and cultural add.
- Measure impact of training efforts to determine effectiveness and adjust approach as necessary.
Must have
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of sales enablement and / or sales learning & development experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience with learning and content management systems such as Mindtickle or Highspot
- Familiarity with Sales Methodologies such as Sandler, Value Selling or Meddic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience building curriculum and facilitating engaging live training sessions
- Experience within a scaling organization in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and the ability to create deep, trusted relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary / hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is : $109,000 - $149,000. The actual base salary wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to : the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses / commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and / or employment type.
