Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in the construction industry? We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of construction projects, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Project Manager in our company, you will :

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

2. Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

4. Meet contractual conditions of performance.

5. Review work progress on a daily basis.

6. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

7. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.

8. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

9. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

10. Use construction estimating software to forecast project costs.

11. Manage the contractual commitments of the company and ensure that all parties involved in the project are meeting their contractual obligations.

12. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

13. Perform cost control to identify and rectify issues arising.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager role will have :

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the construction sector.

2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

4. Competency in contract management, cost control, estimating, and construction estimating software.

5. A proven record of managing project budgets and schedules.

6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

7. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

9. Project management and supervision skills.

10. Decision-making ability and leadership skills.

11. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.

12. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
