One of our Early Learning Centers in Bellingham is actively seeking an Assistant Center Director who enjoys helping youth meet developmental milestones through play and fun.
The Assistant Center Director provides support for overall management of the center site, with a focus specifically on child developmental planning, training, implementing, and evaluation of evidence-based appropriate practices used by Lead Teachers and Early Learning Assistants.
The Assistant Center Director will actively work to foster an environment rich in giving and receiving feedback in a direct and honest way.
This role is responsible for modelling evidence-based best practice methods, including positive behavior management techniques, providing feedback on teacher lesson plans, and managing daily staff schedule.

PAY RANGE : $24.50 - 27.56 per hour
