THE WORK
As a key member of the Army and Air Force Business Development team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to grow our business pipeline and capture new opportunities within the National Guard.
Your role will involve securing our core programs while expanding into new mission areas. You'll lead trade show participation, support the integration of RMS lines of business, and contribute to the development of long-range strategies.
Your responsibilities will also include meeting orders targets within your market segment and fostering effective customer relationships, both externally and within Lockheed Martin.

Desired skills
Military or government acquisition and / or user experience in maintenance domain.
Domain expertise on U.S. Army National Guard.
Experience with Lockheed Martin new business capture process
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret customers' needs and requirements and relate them back to programmatic processes.
Strong financial planning skills
Strong decision-making ability
Team Player effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives
