Rochester Center for Rehabilitation andNursing is seeking energetic and experienced RN Supervisors to work 3 PM 11 PMMonday through Friday as well as Day Shift every other Weekend atour Skilled Nursing Facility located in Rochester NY.
The idealcandidate will have prior Longterm Care experience and excellentcommunication skills!

Duties :
- Handle all supervisory duties for assignedunit
- Help establish and implement employeepolicies and procedures
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit
- Review of Resident records & quality ofcare
- Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Resident cases
- Address questions orcomplaints brought forward by Residents or theirfamilies
- Represent the units interests withupperlevel management
Requirements :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- 2years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 1year Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of agroup
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
