Per Diem Registered Nurse – Transitional Rehab Unit\n\nBoulder City Hospital | Boulder City, NV\nAbout Boulder City Hospital : \n\nBoulder City Hospital is a trusted, community-focused healthcare facility with an 82-bed hospital, a 47-bed long-term care center, and a 10-bed Geriatric Behavioral Medicine Center. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a small-town atmosphere where both patients and staff feel at home.\nPosition Summary : \n\nWe are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transitional Rehab Unit. This unit focuses on patients transitioning from acute care to home or long-term care. The RN plays a key leadership role in managing patient care plans, coordinating treatment, and supporting staff while ensuring safe and effective care delivery.\nKey Responsibilities : \n

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care\n
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans\n
  • Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust plans as necessary\n
  • Lead and support the nursing team within the therapeutic milieu\n
  • Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards\n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal recovery outcomes\n\nQualifications : \n
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing\n
  • Current Nevada RN license (in good standing)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Emergency or Intensive Care nursing\n
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required\n
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a team-oriented mindset\n
