12-hour Shift Line Operator (4 on / 4 off)
Responsibilities
Working a 12.5-hour, 4 days on, 4 days off scheduled night shift (6 : 30 to 7 : 00), the process line operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity.
And to provide support to the Line Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Safety : Near-miss and BBS reporting participation
- Meet productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
- Adjust machinery as needed
Qualifications
- A high Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior manufacturing experience in a fast-paced automated environment.
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Recent manufacturing experience
- positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining high attention to detail
