About The Position
- Job Title : Mental Health Coordinator Job Specialty : LPC, LCSW, LMFT Job Duration : 6 months Shift : 4x10 days, options of 7-5, 8-6, or 6-4;
- Training schedule must be Monday-Thursday, 9-7 for the first 40 hours Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable position License : LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing required in the state of practice Certifications : A valid driver's license is preferred unless required by contract or applicable statute Must-Have : Minimum age requirement is 18 years;
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area;
Ability to speak, read, and write in English Job Description : Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews.
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and level of functioning.- Document treatment and evaluation activities in health care records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques.
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of individuals.- Assist with monthly evaluations, crisis management, and suicide risk management.
- Obtain facility clearance, which takes approximately 3 weeks.
