Being a member of the Automation Center for Enablement (ACE) Team, the selected candidate plays a key role in IT’s mission to deliver measurable business value, drive efficiency, and reduce risk by orchestrating automation capabilities throughout the enterprise.
One of the main functions of the team is to drive an automation mindset and culture throughout the enterprise, promoting risk reduction, best practices, consistency, and reuse
The IT Business Analyst drives insights and requirements from workflow reviews, automation requests, analyzes trends and builds concrete roadmap.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and carry out vision into clear, specific, and achievable objectives for the team and drive engagement across IT
- Create IT Automation roadmaps through the alignment and rationalization of key efforts
- Support the delivery of automation solutions by working with key collaborators.
- Lead key enablement projects to deliver automation solutions and support the federated model
- Work directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach. Take assigned project from original concept through final implementation.
- Provide timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts.
- Drive project meetings. Meet with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines. Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes, process simplification reviews and final products.
- Maintain relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on requirements, changes, and staff, including Senior staff.
- Analyzes operation team’s strengths and areas of opportunities to feed into talent development for the organization.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and guide the execution of those requirements into solutions
- Maintain automation inventory, metrics, and data flows to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Talents Needed for Success :
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications :
- Ability to work independently, delivery-oriented, and eager to solve problems
- Must have experience working on multiple programs / projects as well as handling day-to-day priorities as needed
- Ability to drive automation efforts with timely follow-up with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present business and technical information
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
- Drives creative and solution-oriented activity with all collaborators
- Mentoring and training experience
- Solid understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum) principles and techniques
- Understands and uses applicable work management tools for decision making and collaboration (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Suite).
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
