Overview :
Vaultes is a forward leaning cybersecurity and digital services company solving complex problems within the Federal government.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team on a government project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance public awareness and engagement for a federal website.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in digital marketing.
Location :
Onsite in Richmond, Virginia metro area (Fort Gregg-Adams) with potential telework 1-2 days per week.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a digital marketing and communications strategy aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage them.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending improvements based on data analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and communications professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and external agencies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Must possess an active Security Clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
This is a Full-Time, W2 position. Corp-to-Corp and 1099 ineligible.
