Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will be an essential part of our operations. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders of various products, including pipes, valves, furnaces, and air conditioning units. You will primarily operate a cherry picker throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using a cherry picker.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory using a TWLRF scanner.
• Collaborate with team members in a lively and interactive environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is a traditional warehouse setting with 47 employees, including 15 on the second shift. The building lacks air conditioning, but large fans and open doors help to manage summer heat. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, a T-shirt, and mandatory steel-toed boots. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, with potential overtime extending to midnight. No weekend work is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Duluth, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
