Job Title : Experienced Physician Assistant - Medical Dermatology
PRIVATELY OWNED CLINIC
Position Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant with a background in medical dermatology to support our dermatologists in delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a passion for dermatology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive skin examinations to diagnose and treat various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin infections.
- Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, and minor surgical interventions.
- Provide patient education on skin care, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Assist dermatologists in cosmetic procedures as needed.
- Document patient histories, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Stay updated with the latest developments in dermatology through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical dermatology.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
