Application Support, Senior - ServiceNow Admin (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Position Overview :
The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will demonstrate skills in areas for the Operational support, Incident / problem resolution, SOP and documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform.
This position will focus on supporting the ServiceNow platform and administrative activities.

The ServiceNow Platform team ensures the platform is stable and able to support the enterprise wide usage of the tool. We support all the modules within ServiceNow and maintain the integrity of best practices across the platform with any maintenance, integrations and upgrades, as well as overall intake requests that may have an impact.
Your Impact :
Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to forms, tables, reports, configuration changes and workflows.
Support Upgrade activities implement new solutions in ServiceNow to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot problems, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis.
Assist with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances, Integrations, Mid server installation and maintenance.
This role will require a strong knowledge and hands on experience of the IT Service Management Modules and Automation Workflows and also requires a strong architectural knowledge of the Service Now platform and Infrastructure.
Extensive knowledge of administering ServiceNow, Mid servers and Integrations.
Qualifications :
- Strong Administration and operational knowledge of ITSM, and IT operations management (ITOM).
- 6-8 years of IT and Web Development / Front-End experience, including experience utilizing programming languages such as JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, XML, Shell Scripting, and REST API.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
Experience and working knowledge with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SAMPro, APM, CSDM, CMDB modules

- Excellent communication skills and Ability to multi-tasking.
- Provide on-call and after hour support.
- Must be able to document and manage SOPs.
- Ability to quickly learn new modules of ServiceNow.
- Monitor ticket queues and close within the defined SLAs.
- Adhere to controls, standards, and policies
- Ability to prioritize and deliver work in a timely manner
