Duties

  • Help oversee staffing, menu development, costs and organization of this new kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food quality in this excellent, high visibility location.
  • Maintain high level of organization, cleanliness and food safety.
  • Help maintain food costs and labor costs to industry standards
  • Help develop brunch and on premise banquet programs.

Experience

  • Minimum of five years experience as a chef / sous chef in a busy, fine dining setting.
  • Must be a great communicator and lead, bi lingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • NYC experience is a plus.
