Title : Vice President of Sales
I am currently seeking a Vice President of Sales for a Personal Care Contract Manufacturer, USA.
A successful candidate will be responsible for fostering existing relationships and closing deals. This candidate must have experience managing a sales team, within the Personal Care Contract Manufacturing industry.
Skincare / pharmaceutical experience admirable, as well as other Personal Care verticals.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the sales function of the company, pivotal member of leadership team.
- Manage team of high performing sales individuals
- Identify, develop, and capitalize on new, expansion, and renewal business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track emerging markets and trends to inform business decisions and identify new markets for potential expansion.
- Propose and develop strategic partnerships to enhance company’s position.
- Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term Strategic objectives and plans.
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 4-10 years of experience in sales within Personal Care Contract Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals.
- Extensive knowledge of the personal care contract manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in presentation software, communication tools, and collaboration platforms
