Experienced Occupational Therapist - Pediatric (FT)

Aspire Therapy & Development Services , a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking an experienced licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of pediatric OT experience within an outpatient clinical setting, is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team helping to expand our services at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assessment and interventions of children with physical and / or developmental delays.
  • Collaborate with the Aspire team to provide appropriate occupational therapy for patient.
  • Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
  • Provide occupational therapy expertise and education to our multidisciplinary team. Consult with other disciplines.
  • Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities :

  • Serve as a clinical supervisor for Level I / II fieldwork students.
  • Act as a peer mentor for early-career OTs or new hires.
  • Opportunity to develop and lead clinical specialty programs.
  • Support complex caseloads including children with dual / multiple diagnoses.
  • Opportunity to present in-service trainings to team members or families.
  • Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy within a supportive team.
  • Requirements :

  • Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for license.
  • Experience in a pediatric setting.
  • Willingness to share your expertise with team members and families.
