About The Position

ID : 60995295 Shift : 10H Nights Nights - M-Th 2000-0630 , first to float Description : Unit : CT Tech*Certifications Required : BLS, ARRT (CT), ND Lic*NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT / MANAGER INTERVIEW- Will they have to float / cover any other areas : Will be cross trained into Radiology or MRI.

Average # of scans / studies per day : 5-30 patients per day on day shift. 2-12 patients per day on night shift- EMR & / or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System : software & hardware) do they use : Meditech- Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) : CT- Siemens, X-ray Siemens, MRI - Philips (moving to Siemens in 2024), NM - Digirad, Ultrasound - Philips, Bracco power injector- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) : 8s, 10s, 12s / / block scheduling with team input- Weekend Requirements : Rotational- Holiday Requirements : Rotational- How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation : 1-2 shifts- Additional Notes : We are a critical access hospital that offers CT and xray 24 / 7 with no call required of staff members unless there is illness or short staffing.

The equipment is good and equipment that is aging will soon be replaced. Staff can work autonomously and are supported by experienced manager and staff.

Accepting of add on outpatient exams and saying yes to providers and patients as much as possible. Having a smile and getting along well with otherRadius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
