Key Responsibilities
Responds to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status
Enters and retrieves client or examinee information using appropriate systems and databases
Maintains communication with the QA department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of general computer operations and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
