We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity as soon as possible. The person we hire will spend half of their time in an administrative role, working at the front desk, answering phones, providing customer service, etc.
The other half of the time will be spent in the classrooms, supporting teachers and children with the daily routine.

We'd love to talk to you if you :
- Have a Bachelor's Degree
- Have loved your experiences working with children (inside the classroom or out as a tutor, camp counselor, coach, etc.)
- Have some previous customer service or administrative experience such as billing software or collection experience
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills with parents and teachers
- Are comfortable with technology and learn new systems quickly like such Smartcare, and Salesforce
- Willingness to float between the classrooms and help out as needed
- Collaborate well with others and want to build community within the school.
