Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in servicing existing clients, requests for new client opportunities (, RFPs), and acting as liaison with internal departments for client support and management
  • Proactively engage with Sales, Consultant Relations, and Marketing to keep clients informed and help raise net new cash
  • Work alongside the investment teams to understand the investment outlook and investment rationale behind portfolio positioning,municate investment outlook to existing and potential clients
  • Represent the investment team with current and prospective clients
  • Produce high quality writtenmunication material for use by internal and external constituents
  • Lead the production of presentation and marketing material for use in client reviews and pitches
  • Develop and maintain credible,pelling and timely productmunications
  • Partner with our Sales colleagues at meetings with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify the important messages to present a simple and effective global narrative, working with all of the fixed ie investment teams
  • Support and train other members of the portfolio specialist team
  • Lead product development initiatives
  • Lead internal product training sessions

Skills Required

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge of the fixed ie markets and an appetite to broaden and apply this expertise.
  • More than five years of experience in the fixed ie industry, preferably working with institutional clients
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. An ability tomunicate effectively in multiple languages would be an advantage
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams as well as with business development contacts, prospects, consultants and clients
  • Ability to work in a team and / or across teams, and to behave always bearingmon interests and respect for fellow team members in mind
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • A high level of initiative that matches the Firm'smitment to retaining existing clients and securing new clients
  • High degree of dependability and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks successfully, while maintaining high quality
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with tools such as Bloomberg

Wage Transparency Statement

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100, and $140, per year at themencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the totalpensation package, which, depending on the position, may also includemission earnings, incentivepensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
