Labor & Employment Associate Qualifications & Requirements :
4+ years of success in employment litigation, encompassing wage & hour collectives, class actions, single-plaintiff suits, and complex advisory matters.Manage all phases of single-plaintiff cases and play a key role in orchestrating complex litigation strategies.Demonstrated success in trial work, including witness interviews, preparation of compelling fact presentations, and effective courtroom advocacy.Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
