We are a partnering with a global tech company in need of an Associate Marketing Manager, Beauty to join their beauty category team on a contract basis.
In this supporting role, you will handle business-critical responsibilities, including the day-to-day management and execution of media plans, managing brand communications in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in marketing and is comfortable analyzing data to inform decision-making. This is a hybrid contract position in Chicago.
Associate Marketing Manager, Beauty Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to help develop, execute and evaluate multi-channel media and communication campaigns
- Ensuring initiatives align with business goals such as increasing product awareness, driving conversions and building brand affinity
- Oversee the implementation, tracking and optimization of media plans on a daily basis
- Coordinate and monitor campaigns involving micro-influencers and product reviews
- Support cross-functional teams by providing competitive analysis, campaign insights and product performance data
Associate Marketing Manager, Beauty Requirements :
- 2+ years of marketing or advertising / media experience, ideally within the beauty or consumer technology sectors, or relevant internship experience in category marketing
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage timelines, budgets and deliver results efficiently
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and information to team members and leadership
