- 5% commission on any sales below $5000
- 8% commission on any sales between $5000 to $15000
- 10% commission on any sales between $15000 to $30000
- 12% commission on any sales above $30000
- Develop great relationship with big accounts like Amazon, Toyota, Honda.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Printing and signages industry
- Communication Skills : Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prospect
- Strong organizational skills
- Energy, hustle, and appetite for growth and responsibility

Be able to meet with sales manager daily Compensation : Potential 6 figures earning. 12% commission for In House production sales, 8% commission for Subcontract sales.
