Responsibilities
- Facilitate communications with customers via various methods of contact provided including telephone (primary) or email.
- Learn and utilize the call scripts in order to maintain guided control of the conversation. Be authentic when speaking with customers and respond to their situations with empathy.
- Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the team.
- Record and report the service calls. Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Assist in administrative duties such as keeping records, sending and receiving correspondence, scheduling, following up with customers, etc.
- Participate in professional development training.
