Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with a TX or compact license and CPI or equivalent certification for a night shift travel contract.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
  • Night shift position, 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Experience in crisis prevention and management required due to patient population
  • Assigned night shift may include weekend coverage as needed
  • All certifications must be valid and not set to expire within 30 days of start date

  • Active TX or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Emergency Department nursing
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or ARC
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or equivalent certification required for ED
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
  • Candidate must provide valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
