Intensive Care Nurses play a crucial role in providing immediate and intensive nursing care to Airmen and their families in severe medical situations.
Their expert and prompt actions can make a life-saving difference. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited school, along with a minimum of 12 months of full-time nursing practice and completion of Officer Training School.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an NLN or CCNE accredited school
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Minimum 12 months of full-time nursing practice
- At least 6 months of practice in the Intensive Care Nurse specialty
- Completion of Officer Training School course
- Age between 18 and not reached 47th birthday
