Role : Digital Marketing and Communications - Business AnalystLocation : Atlanta, GARequired Qualifications :

Location for this position is Atlanta, Georgia. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.

The job may entail occasional travel across the United States.

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing business or work experience within Technology / Brand communications setup is desired.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience in development and management of Brand and marketing portals and collaterals. Experience with digital marketing automation software.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics. Knowledge of web publishing.
  • Knowledge / Experience of Portal technologies like Adobe Experience, Drupal or any related technology. Proficiency with SEO tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in creating requirement gathering, capturing requirements related to internal / external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  • Ability to build and evaluate business cases for operational improvements and understand how technology can be leveraged to accelerate operational improvements.
  • Understands the larger, end-to-end business process that solutions fit into.
  • Willing to challenge requirements based on an understanding of prioritized objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Custom development solutions hosted on premise or in the Cloud.
  • Experience to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Experience in bringing business acumen to the management of requirements.
  • Beyond just capturing business requirements, tie requirements to decisions that need to be made and to strategic objectives, or corporate KPIs.
  • Build use cases around collected requirements and map into test scenarios. Transition requirements to test cases to provide traceability.
  • Experience analyzing the results of system and integrated testing in conjunction with the business to ensure all business requirements are met.

Conduct unit and integration tests.

  • Support conversion including data migration, and production cutover efforts.
  • Ensure proper user training is provided and support business users in timely issue resolution.
