Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Mechanical HVAC Project Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mechanical HVAC Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI is between $80,000 and $120,000.

Mechanical HVAC Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with customers on jobsites to identify immediate and long-term needs and development of scope of work.
- Responsible for managing and reviewing project budgets and material requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, pay applications, closeout documents, punch lists.
- Work with Superintendents in the field to ensure proper manpower and project progression is on time.
- Work directly with owners of the company on projects.
- Project focus will be new construction projects, commercial, manufacturing plants, schools, office buildings, and some multifamily $3M+.
- Locate, pursue, and help close new customer business.
Mechanical HVAC Project Manager Qualifications
- Must have minimum 5+ years’ experience as a mechanical Project manager - HVAC Experience.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, vendors and other contractors.
- Technologically savvy.
- Extensive field experience and knowledge.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
