Our eComm client is looking for a Product Manager. This opportunity is a 3-month contract with possibility of extension.
A hybrid schedule in an office local to Campbell, CA is preferred, but if you meet the specific requirements please do not hesitate to apply as our client will consider remote work.
Product Manager - Registration Team
As a Product Manager in our Registration team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the onboarding experiences for our users.
Your mission will be to create seamless and delightful registration processes, ensuring that our customers have a positive interaction from the moment they sign up.
Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications :
Experience and Expertise :
Demonstrated Experience : You should have at least 5 years of industry experience as a Product Manager. Ideally, you’ve worked on onboarding experiences related to Seller Registration, Buyer Registration, Risk, and KYC / Identity Verification flows .
Customer-Centric Mindset : We’re obsessed with customer experience. Your prior work with UX, research, and design teams will be invaluable as you iterate on our registration processes to make them user-friendly and efficient.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
Leverage Insights : You’re extremely data-driven. Use data to uncover insights, identify pain points, and drive improvements in our registration flows.
Your decisions should be backed by solid evidence.
Agile Collaboration :
Agile Methods : You’re familiar with Agile methodologies. Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, write clear product requirements , and analyze business needs to deliver successful product solutions.
End-to-End Ownership : Manage the entire product life cycle from planning and design to development and execution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our registration processes align with our quality standards and drive customer satisfaction.
Strategic Vision :
Product Strategy : Define a clear product vision and roadmap for our registration experiences. Your strategic thinking will guide our long-term direction.
Competition Awareness : Stay informed about the competitive landscape. Understand what others are doing and use that knowledge to enhance our offerings.
