Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our Healthcare Information Technology team.

In this role, you will support senior bankers in executing transactions and delivering financial advisory services to our clients within the HealthTech sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and industry research, to support deal execution.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate transaction execution.
• Monitor industry trends and developments within the healthcare information technology sector.
• Support senior team members in managing client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
• Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare information technology sector is a plus.
