1st Shift Maintenance Automation Tech
The NEIDL Control Center Technician II utilizes experience and training to monitor the extensive NEIDL building automation system (BAS) which monitors critical building systems with heavy integration in the BSL-4 labs and support entry systems including emergency response.
This role is responsible for troubleshooting and assisting with the maintenance of controls related issues. This level role works under the supervision of the Controls Manager utilizing experience and training in BAS to provide adjustments to the system to maintain a comfortable and safe environment through customer interaction.
The Control Center Technician is the first responder to alarm conditions as relayed through the BAS.
