About The Position
Assignment Length : 13 weeks
Shift Details : Day Shift, 7am - 5 : 30pm, 4x10, 40 hrs a week
Required Certifications : CST FA, RN FA
Scrub Attire : Ceil Blue (provided on the unit)
Floating Requirements : Main OR
EMR Used : Not specified
Relevant Skills :
- Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (on-pump cases)
- Endoscopic vein harvesting
Unit Size : 23 OR suites (4 dedicated CV OR)
Staff Size : 125+
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios : Not specified
Typical Procedures Performed :
- Cardiac : CABG, AVR, MVR, Pericardial window, Aortic dissections, congenital peds, etc.
- Vascular : Fem pop, AAA, AV Fistula, etc.
