Description
We're looking for a Remote Customer Service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help drive the continued success by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted adviser to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance:
- Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits.
- Focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls.
- Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.
- Answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.
- Handle sensitive information
