About the Opportunity :

- Shift / Schedule : Monday-Friday, business hours
- Setting : Behavioral Heath and Addiction Center
Responsibilities :
The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for :
- Complete structured clinical interview with all new patients
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care
- Document all patient care in electronic medical record
- Participate in CQI projects
- Provide consultation to primary care providers
Qualifications :
- Active LMSW or LCSW in the State of New York
