Location : Local to Greater Seattle area, Onsite 3+ days a week required

What You'll Do

• Support in the integration strategy and planning. There will be multiple areas of focus involving a variety of core operational and back-office capabilities and processes.
• Translate strategic business initiatives into business requirements and collaborating with team to deliver tooling and automation capabilities
• Conduct business analysis on business process and system capability changes on an as needed basis
• Business analysis reports, leadership presentations, pre-read material
• Develop process maps on an as needed basis Process maps, SIPOC
• Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines. Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and / or schedules
• Evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in complex business analysis skills, ability to problem solve
• Ability to break down complex issues into technical business requirements
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication skills, ability to effectively tailor communication to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $60 / hour to $70 / hour.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
