Develop and manage systems, particularly the referral development program, reporting directly to the CEO.
Establish and maintain relationships with mental health providers and community organizations to promote the facility and provide access to Citywide treatment services.
Identify potential clients and make referrals to meet Citywide marketing goals.
Compile competitive data and analyze within assigned geographical regions considering telehealth radius.
Act as a liaison between the treatment team and clients.
Conduct presentations to showcase Citywide services.
Submit monthly expense reports, business development plans, and quarterly strategic current and future updates.
Update and monitor website, manage all social media accounts. Review and respond to all reviews on the company website and the internet.
Qualifications :
Four-year degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in mental health and substance use treatment marketing field.
Familiar with Baltimore City and surrounding areas.
Previous outreach and marketing experience in addiction treatment and / or mental health (required).
Knowledge of clinical positions and terminology in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite including Apple products.
Tech-savvy with the ability to update and monitor websites, manage social media accounts.
Preferred but not required : ability to do videography for content creation.
Desire and passion to benefit and serve the mental health and addiction community.
