Position Overview :

  • This is a consulting contract role, requiring five days a week onsite.
  • Seeking associate to mid-level candidates.

Experience Required :

Five years in an administrative role

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a wide array of daily office operations and facilitate communication and meeting schedules with senior leaders and their assistants for the core team.
  • Efficiently manage calendars on a daily basis.
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead special projects and events with both global and local business leaders.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients, manage conference room bookings, and handle logistical arrangements.
  • Arrange travel including flights, hotel bookings, car services, and provide directions as necessary.
  • Process and monitor invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.

Skills Required :

  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and interact effectively with senior management and their assistants.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • At least five years of corporate administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Superior phone etiquette and management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree or secretarial school accreditation preferred.
