This is a FT, M-F 8am-5pm Hybrid position located at one of our Ohio's Hospice offices in the Southern, Central or Northern regions.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will proactively source, coordinate interviews, maintains clear lines of communication, leads offer discussions according to established guidelines, and helps facilitates the on-boarding process for the full lifecycle of recruitment and hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages the full cycle of staffing including ability to source, screen, conduct interviews, check references, and performs salary negotiations to obtain the best candidates.
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract strong, qualified candidates.
- Establishes and maintains positive and productive working relationships to communicate effectively with the staff, leadership, health care community, community-based agencies and the public at large.
- Exhibits understanding of the needs of clinical or non-clinical roles and works closely with hiring leadership to fill those roles with highly qualified candidates.
- Prepares and makes offers to candidates of choice, consistently communicating with them the information needed to prepare for their position allowing them to be successful in achieving expected outcomes of their position.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; other education and experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- Three years of experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Computer skills sufficient to utilize HRIS systems and communicate effectively.
- Ability to drive as required during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
