Job Description : We are seeking skilled and motivated Construction Workers to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assist with the installation of construction materials and equipment.
- Help with the demolition and removal of structures as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
