Job Description
A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed in Huntington, New York. The primary focus of the provider is to deliver quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all patients.

Qualifications
- Valid New York NP or PA license
- Board Certified as an NP / PA by a nationally recognized board
- Spanish fluency is a plus
